When people ask what it’s like to work with me, I usually say:
“It depends. But we’ll figure it out together.”
I don’t run a one-size-fits-all process. I don’t drop clients into a funnel or make them fill out ten forms before we speak. The work I do, and how I do it, depends on the person I’m working with, their goals, and what’s actually getting in their way.
Because what you think you need when you start outsourcing admin… often isn’t what you really need.
When we begin working together, we don’t just dive straight into to-do lists and deadlines. We talk.
I ask where you are now. What’s working, what’s slowing you down, what’s been stuck on your plate for far too long. Then we look at where you want to be. What you’d love to hand off, how you want your week to feel, and what kind of support would make a real difference.
That conversation is everything.
Because if we skip it, we’re just guessing. I’d rather build something that fits. Not force something that doesn’t.
Some people imagine a Virtual Assistant as a kind of human Swiss Army knife: answering phones; chasing invoices; managing social media; proofreading reports; booking travel; handling inboxes, and magically knowing how to use every bit of software on the planet.
That’s not me.
What I offer is clear, structured, adaptable support. It might involve inbox and diary management. It might involve event logistics, admin for funding applications, or formatting and proofing reports. Whatever the work is, it’s built around communication, not assumption.
I’ll never bluff, ghost, or guess. If I need something clarified, I’ll ask. And if I say I’ve got it, I do.
